ReplyDeleteThis quote means a lot to me. My 7th grade religion teacher, Ms. Atkins read it aloud to us one day in a discussion about Mother Theresa. (I think she had just passed?)
I guess it's needless to say, it's one of those things that stays with you, and drives you to always feel.

If we can remember that we are in a spiritual war then we can see that the opposite of love is lust, the opposite of art is counterfeit, the opposite of faith is unbelief. All of these lead to one of two places, death or life. God said, "Behold I set before you this day, death and life, choose life." Wrong choices pave the road to death. There is only one right choice, Jesus, and He always leads to life.
